Mary Gilberdeen Winfrey – Age 78 – 0f Ashland City, TN passed away on September 23, 2020. Miss. Winfrey was born in Nashville, TN on July 26, 1942 to the late Mr. Gilbert Cowley and Mrs. Mary Eileen Cowley. She is survived by her daughters Melanie (Wyatt) Clemmons, Christina (Jay) Cathey, and Gloria (Steven) Grissom; Brother: Everette (Vicky), and sister-in-law Connie Winfrey. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Along with her parents Mary is also preceded in death by her husband Howard Winfrey; son: Gary Winfrey; daughter Patricia Dawkins, and her brother James Hardaway. Visitation will be held at Boyd Funeral Home on Friday September 24, 2020 from 4-8pm and on Saturday September 25, 2020 from 10am till the time of services.
