Edna Boyd

Edna Boyd – Age 89 – passed away on August 25, 2020 at Hillcrest Healthcare in Ashland City. She was born in Cheatham County on December 7, 1930 to the late Mr. Mike Perry and the late Josie (Morris) Perry. She is survived by her son Mike Boyd; Daughter: Sherry (Terry) Mayo; Grandchildren: Veronica (Rick) Kemp, Ryan (Misty) Mayo, Tanya Shannon, Daniel Boyd, and Sheena (James) Edgin. She is also survived by thirteen great- grandchildren and six great great-grandchildren. Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Jewel Boyd, Brothers: Bobby Ray Perry, Eldridge Perry, Ronald Perry, and Jerry Perry; sister Margie Perry, and daughter-in-law Charlcie Boyd. Visitation will be held on Thursday August 27, 2020 from 3-8pm at Boyd Funeral Home, and on Friday August 28, 2020 at Friendship Freewill Baptist Church from 11am till the time of services.
