Andy Dewayne Garrett – age 51- passed away at his residence on Friday August 14, 2020. Mr. Garrett was born in Dickson County on October 6, 1968 to the late Charles Paul Garrett and the late Martha (Blaylock) Garrett. In addition to his parents, Andy is preceded in death by his brother Ricky Garrett. Andy is survived by his wife Teresa Garrett; daughter: Courtney Garrett; sons: Billy, John, Jesse, a Paige Gentry; sisters: Paula Hays; brothers: Eddie, Dennis, and Marty Garrett; grandson Dash Owen Gentry; mother-in-law Theresa Huber; nephews: Levi Garrett and Jason Hays, and a niece Brandi Hays.
