Joseph R. Gilbert

Joseph Roland Gilbert, 74 of Springfield, TN passed away peacefully on Monday October 7, 2019 at the North Crest Medical Center in Springfield, TN. Joseph was born on March 21, 1945 in Providence, RI to the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Beaulieu) Gilbert. He is survived by his wife Betty Jo Gilbert, son Kevin (Andi) Thompson, daughter Kimberly Jo (Joseph) Resch, grandchildren James Gregory Thompson and Anthony Resch, and great grandchildren Valarie and Carter Thompson, Kaden and Colton Resch. He is preceded in death by his parents. Joseph proudly served in the United States Army. 

There was a Celebration of Life for Joseph Gilbert on Friday October 11, 2019 from 12:00 noon until 3:00 pm at the Greenbrier Methodist Church, 204 W. Main St, in Greenbrier, TN
