Jeannie Chandler (nee Capps) of Ashland City, TN passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at the age of 76. She was born March 31, 1948, to the late Searcy and Jean (nee Odom) Capps. In addition to her parents, Jeannie was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Searcy “Buster” Capps , William “Billy” Capps, David Capps, and 3 children: Gina Capps, Mark Richardson, and Jason Richardson.
Jeannie worked for several years at Red Lobster and Country Junction Restaurant. She also dedicated many years as a caregiver to the elderly. She was a huge football fan, loved true crime documentaries, her houseplants, and the band Meatloaf. She did not like having to say goodbye, so we will just say Toodle-oo for now. We love you as big as the sky.
She is survived by her son Eric Richardson, daughter-in-law Jennifer (Kevin) Axt, and Grandchildren: Michael (Amanda) Litschgi, Kevin (Laura) Axt Jr., Rachel Richardson, and Jaylen Richardson. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024, at Boyd Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM followed by a private gathering to celebrate her life.
