Obituary for Josiah Lassek Josiah Adam Lassek, age 24 died Friday, December 16, 2011. He is survived by his parents Mark and Coletta Gorman; son Gabriel Lassek, brother Alvin Jensen; sister Alisha Gorman all of Ashland City, TN; grandparents Walter and Lois Davis of Clay Center, Nebraska, Richard and Terry Gorman of Ashland City, TN; aunts Connie Shald of Milford, Nebraska, Lois Hutchison of Lindsborg, Kansas; Chris Tucker, Shreveport, LA, Shay Roach of Ashland City, TN; uncles Richard Gorman, Jr. of Ashland City, Robert Gorman of Cleveland, TN, Ben Gorman of Ashland City, many cousins and friends. Visitation was held at Boyd Funeral Home on Monday, December 19, 2011 from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. and on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Funeral services were held at Boyd Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 2 p.m. with Bro. Gerald Pryor officiating. Interment followed in the Felts Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Travis Newland, Trent Newland, Bobby Carney, Alvin Jensen, Jacob Dodson, Frankie Parker, and Kevin Elliott. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gabriel Lassek Account at Community Bank & Trust in Ashland City, TN. The family entrusted Boyd Funeral Home with the arrangements.
