Melba Melton

Melba Jean Melton, age 78 of Ashland City, passed away on Thursday September 13, 2012 at the Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN. She preceded in death by her parents Joe and Genevia McDowell, and a son Stanley Duane Holt. Ms. Melba is survived by sons Mike Bear, Thomas Crossland, Steve Holt of Ashland City, Phillip (Candace) Melton of Ashland City, and Jamie Melton of Smyrna, TN. She has two daughters Nona Bryant of Ashland City and Sue (Alan) Durham of Portland, TN. , eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family will have a Memorial Service for Melba Jean Melton on Saturday September 15, 2012 at the Ashland City First Baptist Church at 6:00pm. With Bro Sam Creed officiating.
