Gordon Binkley-76

Gordon Jack Binkley-76 originally from Ashland City, died on Friday April 25, 2014 at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. He was born on January 21, 1938 to parents Odell and Elsie (Perry) Binkley in Ashland City, TN. Gordon was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Charlie Binkley. He is survived by his wife Mary Binkley, sons Rick (Terry) Binkley and Brian Binkley, daughter Michelle (Marshall) Furman, brother Wayne (Jean) Binkley, sister Faye Paty, nine grandchildren Amber, Ashley, Sara, Stephanie, Sean, Michelle, Dusty, Rebecca, and Alex. Gordon also had seven great grandchildren. He loved to golf and fish and he served his country as a young man in the United States Army. Visitation with the family was on Saturday April 26, 2014 at the Boyd Funeral Home from 4-8pm and on Sunday from 11-1pm. The funeral service for Gordon Binkley was on Sunday April 27, 2014 at 1:00pm and his precession to the Bethlehem Cemetery was let by the volunteer Patriot Guard.
