Glen W. Grimes -49

Glen Wade Grimes, 49 of Ashland City passed away on Saturday January 3, 2015 at the Tri Star Centennial Hospital in Ashland City. He is the son of Gillis H. and Sandra Gail (Binkley) Grimes, born on May 6, 1965 in Nashville, TN. Glen is preceded in death by his father Gillis Grimes. He is survived by his mother Sandra Grimes, wife Melissa Grimes, sons Brandon McCarver (Brandy), and Michael Grimes, brothers Gary Grimes (Lisa) and Gregg Grimes (Crystal), grandchildren Caleb McCarver, Kensley McCarver and Kaylie Simpkins. Glen served his country in the United States Marines Corps and later became a flooring contractor. Visitation for Glen will be at the Boyd Funeral Home on Monday and Tuesday from 2-7pm and on Wednesday from 10am till time of service at 12:00. Following the service, Glen will be taken to the Richlawn Crematory in Waverly, TN.
