Barbara Jean Brizendine age 60 of Ashland City passed away on Sunday October 4, 2015 at the Hillcrest Nursing home in Ashland City. She was born in Kingsport, TN on June 6, 1955 to parents Robert Lee and Shirley Temple (Lucas) Hawk. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, and sister Mary Ann Dunn. She is survived by her son Cory Brizendine, sister Linda Sue Boyd and grandson Allen Cole Brizendine. The one day visitation for Barbara will be at the Boyd Funeral Home on Wednesday October 7th from 10am till time of service at 2:00pm.
