Era Mae Krantz 88, of Ashland City passed away on Friday January 29, 2016 at home. Era Mae was born on November 20, 1927 in Mt. Pleasant, TN to parents Eddie and Laura Mae (Finerty) Boshers. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Porter Lee Krantz, infant sons Darrell and Darren Krantz, brothers Lloyd Wayne and Fred K. Boshers. She is survived by her sons Ronald (Wanda) Krantz, Gary (Teresa) Krantz, daughter Beverly (Floyd) Duncan, brothers Earl (Willie) Boshers, Charles W.Boshers, and Eddie R. (Barbara) Boshers, sister Sara R. Meriwether, and sister in law Billie J. Boshers, grandchildren Lori Buck, Chrystal Hunter, Phillip Krantz, Ginger Crowe, Eli Sherman, Jesse Sherman, Rachel Sherman, also eight great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Visitation for Era Mae Krantz will be at the Boyd Funeral Home, 101 Elizabeth St. Ashland City, TN 37015 on Monday February 1st from 4-8pm and Tuesday from 9am till time of service at 11:00am.
