MSGT Paul 'Top' Lewis -68

US Marine, retired, MSGT Paul Top' Neal Lewis, Sr, 68 of Ashland City passed away at his home on Tuesday May 3, 2016. Paul was born on March 21, 1948 in Chicago, Ill. to parents Egbert and Louise (Jones) Lewis. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Joan Bielecki. He is survived by his wife Susan Lewis, sons Paul N. Lewis, Jr, and Dustin A. Lewis, daughter Virginia Mae Lewis, brother Roger Dean (Donna Kay) Lewis, sister Cathy Bivens and grandchild Lydia Samone Lewis. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and was a veteran of the Viet Nam War. Visitation for Paul Top' Lewis will be at the Boyd Funeral Home, 101 Elizabeth St. Ashland City on Wednesday May 4, 2016 from 12:00pm until time of service at 4:00pm with Military Honors.
