James 'Bob' Jackson, Sr. -92

James Bob' Jackson, Sr. 92 of Ashland City passed away on Monday October 31, 2016 at the Vantage Point Assisted Living in Ashland City. Bob is survived by his son James Jackson, Jr, daughters Bonnie (Brad) Proctor and Jackie Hammond, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Jewel Elizabeth (Lee) Jackson, brothers Wyatt C. Jackson, Jr., Erwin, Richard S., and William P. Jackson. Bob served his country during WWll in the United States Marine Corps, and later retired from the Corps of Engineers as a Resource Manager. Visitation for James Bob Jackson, Sr. will be at the Boyd Funeral Home 101 Elizabeth St. Ashland City, Tn. 37015 on Thursday Nov. 3rd 2016 from 9:30am till time of service at 11am.
