Gerald V. James -75

Gerald Vincent James 75 of Hermitage, TN passed away on Wednesday January 11, 2017 at the Skyline Medical Center in Madison, TN. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on July 11, 1941 to parents Maurice and Virginia (Cornwell) James. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Julia James, daughter Tina Marie James, several brothers and son in law Chance Nafe. He is survived by sons Jan (Shena) James, Mike (Annette) Bodily and Darrel Lee James, daughters Celeste (Jeremy) Burelson and Terri (Billy) Eakes, grandchildren Emma Nafe (Christopher McDonald), Joseph Bodily, Christopher Best, Matthew Bodily and Brandon Maybry, and nine great grandchildren, with special thanks to Noelle Nafe. Visitation for Gerald James was at the Boyd Funeral Home 101 Elizabeth St. Ashland City, TN. 37015 on Friday January 13, 2017 from 10am till time of service at 1:00pm.
