Elli Mai Richardson, 87 of Ashland City, TN passed away on Saturday February 11, 2017 at her home. Miss Ellie was born on March 12, 1929 in Ashland City, TN to the late Ira and Maudie (Barnes) Nickens. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Virgil Gross Richardson, sons Carl Ira, Thomas Luther (T.L.), Jeffery (Jeff) Michael Richardson, and sister E. Marie Friedberg. She is survived by daughters-in-law Rejena M. Richardson and Sally L. Solis. Miss Ellie had seven grandchildren, Nichole Richardson, Caralee Richardson, Adrienne (Jermall) Lyons, Thomas J. (Latricia) Richardson, Alex C. (Sarah) Richardson, Clayton and Michael Richardson. She also had sixteen great grandchildren, Andrew B. Richardson, Mia B. Lyons, Jared M. Richardson, Brianna P. Richardson, Julian D. Lyons, Kadyn A. and Lacey Richardson, Brady, Bella and Blair Kerr, Jordan and Austyn Baldwin, Erin, Cara and Zeke Baldwin. Family will receive friends on Monday February 13th from 4pm-7p. and on Tuesday The 14th from 10am till time of service at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at the Dozier Cemetery on Hwy. 12 S.
