George W. Woelk, Jr. -68

George Whitfield Woelk, Jr. 68 of Whites Creek, TN. passed away on Wednesday May 10th 2017 at his home. He was born on February 25, 1949 to the late George, Sr. and Sadie (Puckett) Woelk in Nashville, TN. George, Jr. is survived by his wife of 43 years, Shirley Woelk, daughter Tisha Woelk, brothers Henry and Charles Woelk, sister Bonnie Woelk, grandchildren Ashley, Daniel, Amber, Heather, Robert, Brandi and Brandon, great grandchildren Madison, Raiden, Aleigha and Link. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Kenneth Woelk. The one day viewing with family and friends for George Woelk, Jr. will be at the Boyd Funeral Home 101 Elizabeth St. Ashland City, TN 37015 on Friday May 12th from 1:00 pm till the service at 4:00 pm, officiated by Alan Desmond. He will be cremated at the Richlawn Crematory in Waverly, TN. The family has requested donations in lieu of flowers be made to the Boyd F.H. to help with funeral expenses.
