Jerry D. Reece Sr., 77 of Oakland, KY. Passed away on Wednesday October 4yh, 2017 at his residence in Oakland, KY. Jerry was born on December 8th 1939. Jerry is preceded in death by father James Reece, wife Aloma Reece, son Jerry D. Reece Jr, stepfather James Ruffin, brothers Jimmy Reece and Terry Ruffin. He is survived by mother Lola Mae Ruffin, sons Randy Reece, daughters Teressa and Kathy Felts, brothers Jackie(Carol), Johnny(Janice), Joe(Pam)Reece, Travis(Gail), Ricky(Reba) Ruffin,  sister Joanne Maddox, nine Grandchildren and ten Great Grandchildren. Visitation for Jerry Reece, Sr will be at the Boyd Funeral Home 101 Elizabeth st. Ashland City, Tn 37015 on Monday Oct. 9th from 1:00 pm till time of service at 4:00 pm. The Burial will be  take place at the Veterans Cemetery in Pegram, TN. on Wednesday October 11th at 1pm. Those attending are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:50.
