Dorothy "Dotty" Alice Stevens, 68 of Ashland City, passed away on Wednesday January 17, at the Tri Star Ashland City Medical Center. Dotty was born on September 28, 1949 in Paterson, New Jersey to the late James and Elvira (Fitzgerald) Young. She is survived by her husband Ben "Leon" Stevens, brother Robert (Pam) Young, sisters Aggie (Steve) Helisek and Loretta (Harry) Voorhees. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers James and William Young. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Dotty may be made to the Matthew Memorial United Methodist Church, or the charity of your choice.There will be a Memorial Service for Dotty Stevens on Saturday February 3rd at 11:00 am at the Matthews Memorial United Methodist Church, 300 Anderson Lane, Madison, TN 37115.
