Wendell A. Mayo -54

Wendell Allen Mayo, 54 of Ashland City passed away on Thursday March 29, 2018 at his home. Wendell was born in Cheatham County to the late Clarence and Mary Ann (Martin) Mayo on May 14, 1963. He is survived by brothers Alec Mayo, Dale (Tammy) Mayo, and Mike (Patty) Mayo, sisters Angela G. Pate and Roseanne (Greg) Jinnett, several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Visitation for Wendell will be at the Boyd Funeral Home, 101 Elizabeth St. Ashland City, TN 37015 on Monday April 2nd from 4 pm until 8 pm, and on Tuesday from 10 am until time of service at 12 noon. Burial will follow at the Bearwallow Church of Christ Cemetery in Ashland City. Wendell loved to hunt and fish and made beautiful items from wood. Arrangements by the Boyd F.H. 615-792-4677.
