Kaitlin M. Dowell -20

Kaitlin Marie Dowell, 20 of Joelton, TN passed away on Thursday April 5, 2018 at the Skyline Medical Center following injuries from an automobile accident. Kaitlin was born on November 20, 1997 to parents Jacob and the late Carey (Whalen) Dowell in Springfield, Tn. She is survived by her father Jacob Dowell, brothers Preston Dowell, Logan Dowell and Troy Johnson, sister Bethani Binkley, several cousins and one nephew. Kaitlin was preceded in death by her mother, Carey Dowell. The one day visitation and service for Kaitlin will be at the Boyd Funeral Home, 101 Elizabeth St. Ashland City, Tn 37015 on Monday April 9, 2018 from 10 am until time of service at 2:00 pm., with Bro. Derek Wright officiating. Burial will follow at the Joelton Hills Memorial Gardens on Hwy. 41. The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kaitlin, be made to the Boyd Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements by the Boyd F.H. 615-792-4677.
